Sample Orders
If you're a first-time customer, you can place a assorted sample order to evaluate the quality of our jewelry. We do not have a minimum order quantity for samples per product (you can order 1 piece), but we do have a minimum order samples amount (merchandise, not including shipping) of $200.00.
Custom Designs
In addition to the designs shown on our website, we also make a wide range of custom jewelry for our customers. If you would like us to prepare a quotation for manufacturing a custom design based on your photograph, drawing, or specification, just email us at glass_beads2000@yahoo.com and we'll take it from there.
Lead-time to Ship
We begin manufacturing your order as soon as we receive your advance payment. The length of time before an order is ready to ship depends on the size of the order and the number of pieces per product. We often can ship small orders from stock, but large orders can take as long as 4 weeks to manufacture. To avoid disappointment, please assume that it will be approximately 3 weeks before your order is ready to ship. We will advise you of the expected shipping date within a day or two after we receive your payment.

Because our products are relatively inexpensive, the packed weight of even a small order can be quite high. Choosing the right shipping method is always a trade-off between speed and expense.
